Who are we?
Alex Mabery, Esq., former Magistrate and Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, dedicated to helping families avoid the pains and costs of fighting in court.
Over 10 years of working directly inside the Family Court, with the past 6 years sitting on the bench proudly serving the public as the Family Law General Magistrate in St. Petersburg, Florida.

What are we?
Mabery Mediation (MMAFL, PLLC) is a marital and family law mediation practice which aims to provide families with positive alternatives to costly litigation.
Fighting over sensitive family matters can be mentally and physically exhausting and fighting in court can get expensive, fast.
Mediation is the place where families can control their own case privately and avoid arguing in the courtroom where a judge or magistrate decides their fate.
My goal in every case is to help the families and their counsel to resolution and reach a mutual, voluntary written agreement that can be upheld in Family Court.
Where are we?
Mabery Mediation (MMAFL, PLLC) is based in Tampa Bay and serves the entire state of Florida. Certified by the Florida Supreme Court to conduct family mediations in all judicial circuits of the state.
Virtual mediation conferences are held through Zoom and participants can appear easily from almost anywhere.

Helping families in conflict resolve their legal matters outside of court by providing a safe, private place to discuss pending legal issues, to understand each other and communicate more effectively by facilitating productive conversation during mediation, identifying common ground and exploring options to resolve the conflict and reach an agreement.
